Beruf360 provides career consulting services for international students, graduates, and professionals seeking employment opportunities in Germany. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Interview preparation and coaching
  • Cultural integration support

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your background and career goals
  • Participate actively in consultation sessions
  • Follow through on agreed-upon action plans
  • Respect the confidentiality of other clients’ information
  • Pay all fees according to the agreed payment terms

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made according to the agreed schedule. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information. We will not disclose personal or professional information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Beruf360 provides consulting services and guidance. We cannot guarantee specific employment outcomes or visa approvals. Our role is to provide expert advice and support to help you achieve your career goals.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and resources provided by Beruf360 remain our intellectual property. Clients may use these materials for personal career development purposes only.

8. Expert Partner Obligations

Any individual providing services as an expert or consultant on behalf of Beruf360 is solely responsible for verifying their eligibility to do so with their respective employers. This includes ensuring that their engagement with Beruf360 does not create a conflict of interest or violate any terms of their primary employment contract. Beruf360 assumes no liability for an expert’s failure to obtain necessary permissions.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Indian courts.
